Davenport, Iowa (Monday, December 5, 2011) - Redstone Content Solutions LLC has released its annual training class survey data.
According to survey results gathered during the past year, 98% of class participants rate the Overall Value of the Redstone training class curriculum as either "Good" or "Excellent". Additionally, 100% of class participants gave a "Good" or "Excellent" Overall Rating for Redstone training instructors.
Redstone customers are asked a variety of curriculum and instructor-related questions during and at the conclusion of class. Questions are asked during class to make sure initial objectives are in sync with course deliverables. Early feedback allows for "in flight" curriculum changes and/or enhancements. Questions are asked at the conclusion of class to ensure agenda items have been discussed and demonstrated and expectations have been met. All survey responses are strictly confidential and protected by law. Findings in today’s data include:
