Creating a single repository for corporate information, including website assets, has increased efficiency and streamlined our operation. We have a dedicated source in which to search and retrieve needed corporate content. We have modernized from the antiquated days of filing cabinets, fax machines, multiple trips to purchase paper and toner, and to UPS and FedEx to ship marketing literature and product documentation to customers. Our plan includes ongoing construction of branded websites to share information with prospects and customers. Our Training website illustrates this new practice…sharing custom training documentation such as class agendas and presentations with customers, has eliminated the need to pack and ship these materials.
We envision additional reduction of printing and shipping costs in the coming years. As employees continue to request remote work and it becomes the norm, we will further reduce our carbon footprint, and associated corporate location costs in the following areas: air conditioning, heating, paper, plastic, and transportation.
